Iseul - Commission

Commissioner's Description: Nellens Iseul is tall, skinny, pale, and still a little awkward-looking, with a lot of long, wavy white-blue hair that she keeps tied back in two long plaits. She wears glasses, has long straight bangs, and her expression has a sort of permanent sour tinge to it. She's also a sorceress specializing in demonology, and deals with demons better than she does with people.
